JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks:

• The work to be developed concerns professional interpretation services (Insurance, Legal, Medicine (General and Forensic)) to support communication and understanding of what is to be communicated, these are technical interpretations specialized in a certain field, where it is critical to be able to communicate accurately what is intended,
• Hibrid type of tasks with channels such as Phone and Video,
• This position is an activity exclusively in Homeoffice, You can either work from your private apartment or from one of our company apartments (only for international applicants), and we will of course provide you with the basic technical equipment (PC, screen, keyboard and mouse),
• Please note that for this position we can only consider employees with their place of residence (private or company apartment) in the vicinity of Lisbon or Porto, and that one of our branches must be within reach at short notice to resolve technical problems.

Requirements:

• REQUIRED FLUENT KNOWLEDGE OF UKRAINIAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE (level C1 and more),
• Experience in translations.
• High communication skills.
• Experience in call center work will be an asset.

We offer:

• Legal work based on Portugal employment contract for a long period of time,

• 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 07:00h to 22:00h.
• 22 days of holiday per year.
• Fixed-term, renewable employment contract.
• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months.
• Permanent employment contract after 2 years.
• Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
• Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal.
• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses.
• Yearly complementary two-way flight ticket back to your home country.
• Accommodation in one of our company’s shared apartments.
• Salary from 990€ and free accommodation.
  
• Intensive paid training - 371.20€ for 4 weeks.

• Free Portuguese lessons, cooking lessons and much more. :)
  
  
• Training period is 4 weeks from Monday to Friday and it has aduration of 8 hours per day and include:
  -Integration in to the team.
  -Training for new computer software programs.
  -Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client.
  -Customer management training for telephone, e-mail and chat contact.
  -On-the-job training and independ entimplementation of training content.
