JOB DETAILS:

Job Description:

planning the work of logistics employees (schedules, shifts, rotations),
planning employee transportation to and from the workplace,
organizing the start of work for new employees (start dates, operational onboarding),
daily contact with the client regarding planning and operational matters,
occasional contact with employees in organizational situations,
reacting quickly to changes and unforeseen situations,
close cooperation with coordinators and the office team.

Requirements:

experience in planning (logistics, production, transport, employment agency, or similar),
good command of the English language (mandatory),
valid driving licence category B – required,
experience working with Excel/spreadsheets and planning tools (mandatory),
very good organizational and planning skills,
ability to work independently and under time pressure,
responsibility and attention to detail,
willingness to work fully office-based.
