JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks:

• As a Customer Service Representative, together with your colleagues, you will provide warm, friendly and personal customer service to customers by e-mail, chat or phone in Danish language.
• Placing orders from customers on the online shopping website.
• Assistance with concerns regarding payment transactions and shipping.
• Support the customers before, during and after purchase.
• Look proactively and with the help of the team, to improve the customer experience at each interaction.

Requirements:

• Required fluent knowledge of Danish language.
• Required communicative knowledge of English language.
• High communication skills.
• Experience in call center work will be an asset.

• Legal work based on Portugal employment contract for a long period of time,

  -On-the-job training and independ entimplementation of training content.
