JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks:

• As a Customer Service Representative, together with your colleagues, you will provide warm, friendly and personal customer service to customers by e-mail, chat or phone in German language.
• Placing orders from customers on the online shopping website.
• Assistance with concerns regarding payment transactions and shipping.
• Support the customers before, during and after purchase.
• Look proactively and with the help of the team, to improve the customer experience at each interaction.

Requirements:

• Required fluent knowledge of German language - minimum B2.
• Required communicative knowledge of English language.
• High communication skills.
• Experience in call center work will be an asset.

We offer:

• Legal work based on German employment contract for a long period of time,

• Remuneration 1560-1600€ gross per month our 1180-1240€ gross with our accommodation (depending on the project),
  
• 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 07:00h to 22:00h.

• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months.
• Permanent employment contract after 3 years.
• Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).

  -Customer management training for telephone, e-mail and chat contact.
  -On-the-job training and independ entimplementation of training content.
